At John Kennedy Magic we respect your privacy. Your orders are placed on a secure server, and we do not share any of your personal information with anyone for any reason, period.

Shipping Policy
We will make every effort to ship your order the same day as long as we receive it by 2:00 pm Pacific Time. Same day shipping is not guaranteed. Occasionally an item is out of stock or there are other unforeseen delays. We will send you an email when your order ships.

90 Day Warranty
We give a 90 day warranty from the purchase date against defects in manufacturing on all of our products. All warranty returns must have an authorized RMA number obtained by emailing us before the return. We do not accept unauthorized warranty returns.

Return Policy
We have a 30 day return policy from the purchase date. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. The merchandise must be in excellent condition when we receive it.

NOTE: All video and instant download sales are final. There are no refunds or returns on these items.
