At John Kennedy Magic we respect your privacy. Any personal information is stored on a secure server. John Kennedy Magic uses this information for customer shopping convenience on our web site and does not share it with other parties.

Shipping Policy
We will make every effort to ship your order the same day as long as we receive it by 2:00 pm Pacific Time. Same day shipping is not guaranteed. Occasionally an item is out of stock or there are other unforeseen delays. We will send you an Email Shipment Notification the day that your order ships.

90 Day Warranty
We give a 90 day warranty from the purchase date against defects in manufacturing on all of our products. All warranty returns must have an authorized RMA number obtained by emailing us before the return. We do not accept unauthorized warranty returns.

Return Policy
We have a 30 day return policy from the purchase date. There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns. The merchandise must be in excellent condition when we receive it. If not we have the right to refuse it or charge a refurbishing fee. Pack the item(s) carefully in a crush proof container along with a copy of your receipt. Send it to:
